Pathetic service

I have had the worst service from Builders in New Market Park, first they tinted the paint incorrectly although they blame Plascon and Plascon says its Builders fault. Then Plascon ask me to take the paint back and the employee refuses to mix the paint and 45 mins later he goes home and I cannot get paint. Then I was promised delivery today and am still waiting. They have the worst service ever and not even the manager cares to intervene or assist. Its obvious that they do not care if they lose customers.
