PATHETIC SERVICE

We bought a generator in December from Builders Warehouse, Bedworthpark. We maybe used it three times for 10 minutes each time, being the first time when we tested it after it was bought.<br> <br> When we wanted to use the generator in April during load shedding, there was no way that we could start the damn thing. On the 14th of April my husband took it back to the store, where the lady told him that it will be send to Jhb for testing and repairs, he will be contacted within 7 - 10 days.<br> <br> Last week I phoned builders warehouse and the lady there told me it was send in but she never said 10 days, its actually 21 days!<br> <br> Today my husband went in himself, where the lady said that they didn't receive anything from their supplier yet. My husband asked her for the supplier number so he can contact them directly, much to his surprise the \supplier"is in Vanderbijlpark"
