PATHETIC SERVICE

If i could give a NEGATIVE rating, I would we have been trying to get our order delivered or dealt with since. We originally placed an order on the 25 October 2021, after going through, the order was cancelled due to no stock, which we were not informed of, but only told when calling the store to check on the order. We were then advised that it would be better to place an order of the same value as a refund would take about 7 days. A new order was placed on the 16th November 2021, and still NO DELIVERY has been made. We were contacted on the 23rd by a manager advising they would make delivery on the same day, still NOTHING. After NUMEROUS attempts to get some form of assistance, we were finally assisted by Cynthia (the only employee to call us back) who ALSO had issues with getting the manager to attend to this query. Builders Strubens Valley, pathetic service. Pathetic management. We have received better service at government institutions. By far, the WORST service experience ever!
