Pathetic Online Order System
On the 8th June I placed an order (#***) which I canceled within a few minutes. I called the number as directed by their website and was told it was canceled. The item was then delivered on the 11th June. Despite numerous phone calls to a multitude of people... NOTHING has been done to rectify this. I keep being told that the need to email "Bongani", but it seems he is either dead or ***********, as I never get any response.
