Pathetic excuse for a business

I have made 15 calls in one day trying to get hold of someone at River horse valley to cancel my online order and no response, I keep calling the call center asking for assistance and they also cannot get hold of the store... Really pathetic service worse than any store I have ever dealt with. Why can't we have a direct number for the store? I want my order canceled and that's it, builders must pay for all my failed calls as every time the call center operator put me through the store the calls cut off and no one calls me back.
