Pathetic customer service from Builders Warehouse

So I had to take my Ryobi lawnmower (which is still under warrantee) back for the 3rd time in 4 months. I got very poor response from the manager ar the Buildes store when I followed up with e-mails.

I finally got a message that my lawnmower has been fixed. When I asked when I could expect delivery, my e-mail was once again ignored. I finally went to the store myself. They phoned Ryobi who said that they would only deliver the next week. Which means by then I would have been waiting 4 weeks (the previous time was 3 weeks).

When I asked if they could not send a driver themselves, they said they don't have any. Really???? Does all the employees and managers at Builders get to work by use of public transport?
