Pathetic Customer Service

Yesterday I was at Builders Warehouse Sandown trying to buy a new wellpoint pump, as well as a bag of cement. I was told that I had to get the cement from the contractors counter. I went there, and there was only one lady working and seemed to be capturing stock figures, so I waited. After 10 minutes I started getting a bit impatient and noticed a service bell on the desk, so I pressed it. At this point the lady capturing the stock told me she would help me very soon. After another few minutes I was still waiting, another guy walks up switches off the bell from the service bell that I had pressed and walks away again, all while the lady doing the stock refused to look up. So after 15 minutes of waiting at the counter, I stormed out and went and spent my money at Brights. At least they understand customer service.
