Pathetic Customer Service
I visited the Montague Gardens branch in order to purchase wood for a DIY project. <br> When I approached the service counter, I explained what I needed and all I received in response was a blank stare. <br> I then repeated the question, and received a monotoned \the machine is broken". I enquired further about what that meant to which he rep**** even less enthusiastically"
