Pathetic customer service!

I ordered a few items online and all were delivered except a bijiou bath mixer. I have called the builders customer service for the last few days and no one seems to know where my ordered item is. The status of my order says 'complete' even though I still do not have all of my items. It is so frustrating because the people I speak to are just as confused as I am and they keep transferring me from one team lead to another. This was my first time ordering from builders and I will certainly not be repeating this mistake again! Pathetic customer service! If you cannot deliver then at least give me my money back.
