Pathetic credit card hard sell at Builder's

I just walked in and out of Builder's Express in Robin Acres. As soon as I walked in, some employee approached me saying he had a good deal for me - it was a credit card. I said I wasn't interested, but he kept hounding me. Eventually he got the message and left me alone. I then walked into the electrical aisle and again another employee approached me with a credit card offer. Again I said I wasn't interested but again he failed to hear me, until I pulled out the f bomb.

I then approached the customer enquiries and explained my frustration. All I wanted was to come in, make my purchase and leave. This was not possible, unfortunately. I'll take my business to Mica. At least Mica won't hound me flogging some ****py credit card.

Are Builder's that desperate for cash that they would drive away long standing customers with these hard sell tactics? How pathetic! How sad! Walmart, you can do better. This was not my experience when Builder's was a South African company.
