Pathetic!

I had a few online orders for renovating my bathroom. The items were to be delivered in 4 separate deliveries as it was to come from the directly from the suppliers, or from the stores which had stock. The last of the orders was to arrive today... I have only received 1 of my orders, and that was after I has to complain to the manager that my order was not placed on the list for delivery on the day given. I was supposed to receive my taps and mixers on the 3rd September, and after numerous calls - at my expense I have still not received my items. I had a delivery due today, I called the call centre on Friday to confirm if I would in fact receive my order on time for once, and I was assured that I would - nothing arrived today. On the call I made on Friday to confirm my delivery, I was informed that they are out of stock with the shower I had already paid for. I was not offered a refund, nor an alternative to the one I had ordered. I am appalled and disgusted by the poor service I have received - or lack thereof. I have been going back and forth with the call centre staff since the start of my order, but absolutely nothing has gone right. None of my orders were delivered on time and there is no communication from the stores at all. I'm done with phoning to find out what is happening with my orders, I just want my money back and take my business elsewhere.
