Pathetic Builder's Warehouse. Their slogan should be changed

So we got to Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley at 12.30pm on Monfay, 7 October. Got to Gardening Dept...no one there to assist to start with. After walking around without any help being offered we asked security Tsekelelo who is there to assist us. We chose a paving stone after which he found someone to assist by the name of Begani. Thereafter he goes to check & returns after 15 minutes to say there is no stock available to purchase except the display on the outside of the gardening section. He then requested on our behalf a discount on the chipped display pavers. Again returns after 10 minutes, to inform us of a R2 discount per paver...really Builders. Gave a slip with item details, (at this point we asked him to get displays ready for collection as we going to tillpoints) we proceed to tills. Cashier says no discount code, another 15 minutes passes. Payment done, proceed to collection area, Begani is loading completely damaged and soiled pavers. When questioned about It, he walked away with Eish. I'm coming back now...10 minutes gone, we go to Garden desk, at which point wife is fuming with lady...another elderly gentleman reiterates the same poor customer service. The don't care attitude of the lady is apparent with this whole section. We end up loading the pavers ourselves. I was asked by security for invoice to which I fumed at him to buzz off . My wife went in to call the manager and she only apologized . No one offered to help load my goods. Loaded everything myself and up to this point Begani hasn't returned and 1 hour 20 minutes has passed. All for just some pavers from builders . My last visit to Builders Warehouse
