Pathetic builders warehouse

On the 28 of June I ordered some boards from builders glen eagle till today I have not received any communication or feedback nor have I received my boards which is really pathetic from such a big company I contacted there customer service agent who said they will deliver by Friday the 29th of July and yet still I have received nothing in future I know well not to do business with such a company and what makes it more disappointing is that they do not have the decency to keep their clients up to date. Their website stated it would take 10 days for order to be delivered once I bought the product the turnaround suddenly changed to 30 days
