Pathetic

I'm looking for the following builders brand toilet seat 427760,i drove to the Capetown branch which had none in stock which is understandable.

They checked and saw "According to the System" they have 3 at Kenilworth. When I got there, there was none and gentlemen told me it's damaged.

I checked online and system said Tableview has 30 in stock, I drove all the way from Kenilworth to Table View just to findout that there is "NOTHING" at all in stock.

I find this System completely useless and waste of time, I dont see the point of having a system if it doesn't give you accurate information.
