Pathetic after sales service!

<p>I have purchased the fired earth whispers paint from these guys a year ago. Came highly recommended by the sales consultant. Not even 6 months later and the paint had started to peel off and bubble and discolor!!! A little dirt that was on the wall was rinsed off with a hose. And guess what. The paint washed off too! I have been to numerous builders express branches requesting for assistance. Including the fired earth website to no avail. And 3 months ago the guy from builders express, Bradley, finally comes to my home. Takes samples and promised to get back to us within 7 days. Now we are unable to reach him as he never answers his phone for any feedback. Never recommending this product to anyone. Or a builders express. </p>
