Pathetic
I bought a chainsaw beginning of March in Rustenburg. I returned it a few days later. A gentleman checked it and said to me it was fine. I took it home tried cutting a tree branch. It did the same thing I returned it and asked to be refunded. I was taken from pillar to post. They promised to call me. To date no one has bothered to contact me. I want my money back no stories. I need the store owner to account for this mess. And the person responsible for that particular department.
