Pathetic customer service from management and security @Louise van Graan I hope you are aware of what is happening at your stores . (Kennilworth express store) one word “disgust” of staff performance and how to treat their customers after a phone call and not being advised the store will close I drove all the way from table view to collect two items I asked for them to keep for me only to get to the door and Thandi the security lady closes the door in my face as I am speaking not once but 5 times and with my 6 year old daughter to witness this pathetic so called service I then requested to speak to a manager only to be told I need to write a email to get compensation for my petrol driven out but there is nothing he can do and walked away and then once again the door got shut in my face I then knocked and wanted to ask for the details of the staff Thandi then locks the door walks away and another security opened up I asked to get the names and on arrival of getting the names Abdul which apparently is the manager not the other guy comes to me and asked me if he can assist me with getting the items I then as a customers felt disrespected because when I asked I had to literally go through hell and all in front of my minor kid and then get asked how can we help when it was the call centre and it’s staff not relying accurate information and the staff hurrying to get home and now treating who ever comes after hours in a nice way **** to be honest and the best advice is we will speak to the call centre and staff to correct the policy and process flows ….. what a pathetic way to correct their own mistakes I highly do not recommend anyone to come to this store if you need any thing regards to what they sell there are many other stores to assist in this case better quality also as a matter of fact cashbuild is a alternative as well but this is pathetic and especially in front of a little kid no respect what so ever ….utter disgust they don’t even deserve a 1 star rating they deserve nothing
