passing the buck, bad attitude and no service

Went to Builders Wharehouse Centurion to buy wood and to have it cut up to size. Paid for the wood, and went to give the proof of payment and there the hole problem started. One person to cut wood and glass, stood around there for more than an hour, nobody who can help. Asked more than onece for the supervisor or manager - nothing. Asked for a refund and left the stoor. The service there is non existing.
