Paid order online, Builders website error did not process the order. Out of money and no response from BW

Paid for order online on Builder's Warehouse website. The payment was processed and paid from my account to Builders Warehouse. After the payment was completed the Builders Warehouse website showed an error page and indicated that the order was not logged on their side, although the money was deducted and paid to Builders from my bank account. I mailed *** twice since the incident occurred on 15 April. Until today zero response. They are fine taking your money, but unwilling to address their faults.
