Overcharged delivery fees
I went online to purchase an item that would cost me R890.00 but when I proceeded to checkout the item and gave my delivery address, which is Calvinia Northern Cape they want to charge me R10, 000.00 for delivery. I went back to builders to ensure this was correct, the excuse is because we live 283 Km's from their Cape Gate Branch - I have purchased many items from Cape Town and the average delivery cost is between R200.00 to R600.00 (Max), they want me arrange my on courier service; will not do business with them again.
