Outstanding service

I want to renovate my kitchen and saw Builders Warehouse had a promotion on a Defy oven and hob at a good price. I wanted to buy it but when I got to the store they were sold out. I asked Luyanda to please add my name on the waiting list. To contact me when it arrives. I thought I must have this combo and decided to write a online enquiry. My email was escalated so quickly to the relevant party and I was emailed by Lara and phoned daily to inform me of the stock arriving. They were only going to receive stock after the promo but Lara said I need not worry they will give it at same price even after promo ended seeing I ordered in the period. I was very happy and felt like a very special customer. Today Luyanda called me to say he has stock for me he will give me stock that a customer will only fetch in a,few weeks,time then once the stock arrives he can just replace. I was so happy. Luyanda also said it wont fit in my car so I called my dad that has a station wagon. It was about 5mm to big to fit in the car. Luyanda was a very quick thinker and said we must take it out the box then it will fit which it did. Well I was really very happy that I was treated like a very special customer and I will be back to buy my tiles etc too from your store. Keep up the outstanding service Luyanda and Lara and thank you once again for delivering such outstanding service.
