Outstanding Customer Service

I would like to write an appreciation note to Siyabonga Builders Hardware in Kranskop where I ordered the tiles 28 boxes ,.mistakenly a wrong order was dispatched, upon coming to the shop to sort out the problem which kept me awake for days thinking about who on earth would confuse orders like that?

To my amazement they never raised their voices a manager was called a well-mannered gentleman addressed me with respect and my order was sorted within minutes, on the next day I received my desired tiles.

I am so thrilled and they have shown so much humanity and respect for their business and customer.
