OUTRAGEOUS - Used Mop Sold

Late yesterday my husband purchased a Floormax Top Mop Plus from your Centurion store.

Imagine our shock when we arrived home, opened the box, and discovered that the mop inside had clearly already been used.

Not "slightly marked". Not "shop soiled" ... Used!!!

The mop head is filthy, worn, discoloured, and looks as though it has been used repeatedly over an extended period. The bucket was also dirty. There is absolutely no possibility that this item is new.

What makes this even more unacceptable is that we now have to spend additional time and petrol to return a product that should never have been on your shelf in the first place.

We paid for a new product and were given somebody else's used cleaning equipment. Apart from being unhygienic, it is deeply insulting to customers who trust your store to sell new merchandise in sealed packaging.
