Ordering Custom blinds, becoming a nightmare!1

Placed order online on 7-Mar-2023 for custom blinds, delivery to be 24-Mar-2023. I called customer care on the 28-Mar-2023 to enquire the status, they put me through to the Uitenhage Builders warehouse, processing the order... They state they only received the order on the 24-Mar!!! Later on the 28-Mar, their external supplier sends me an email requesting sizes...?? During the ordering process online, all sizes need to be provided via their quite in-depth self service website... Customer care, called me a on 28th and said they will follow up and give feedback.. Still waiting
