Orderered water tank
I orderd 3 water tanks i was put on a waitinglist 10 days ago when i phoned today I was told they have a new online order system and that I had to order again and that I must go on a new waiting list this is unexeptable.We had an agreement which they dont want to honour any more

I'm sorry that you haven't received your tanks as yet and for the overall service.
Due to high demand in the Western Cape we are advising all customers to place the order online as the tanks will arrive must faster this way.
I will be calling you shortly to have this resolved.
