Order Still Not Received after a month

Builders Warehouse Helderberg has failed to deliver my pedestal after a month. The store was happy to process my payment however I keep receiving the same excuse : ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE! The store agreed to deliver the item two weeks ago ( cancelled all my plans to stay home ) and nobody called or pitched. After numerous cause it was agreed that they will delivery yesterday then on the day I receive a phone called stating that my item was sold to someone else, even though I’ve completed the payment.
