Order showing payment failed when it did not.
I placed an order for taps on 14 March and used their Eft payment option. Payment went through successfully and is reflected on my bank account, yet the status on the order is showing today - 15 March - as payment failed and I need to pay again! I will never order anything from them online again as it seems to be a ****.
