Order payment issue
Placed an order online and tried to pay with money that I loaded on to my account with no success. I now have no money and no order confirmation. Please allocate the funds in my account to order *** ASAP as I urgently require delivery of these goods.

As a result, I have placed an order excluding the Wildberry Double Bar towel rails as this seemed to be holding things back. I would still like to place an order for 2 x Wilberry Double Bar Towel Rails but it does not allow me to do so on my side, which is why the FB Rep SM had to create the initial order for me. Please can you assist by creating an order for the 2 x Wildberry Double Towel Rails and I will gladly load the required funds to my builders account? Your urgent response would be appreciated.
