ORDER NOT RECEIVED

On the 27th of December 2021 I made an online order and paid for it, I also got a confirmation that the order will be delivered in 4 days. I still have not received my order and I tried sending an email to Builders warehouse customer services and I still have not received any communication from them. I have ordered DH Bistro set lighting silv, order number ***. Today is the 10th of January. 2022.
