Order not received
I placed an order online builders Newmarket(Alberton) on the 22nd of September 2023, I couldn't track my order since it doesn't update anything on my profile beside" order in progress" I called them on the 28th and I was promised it will be delivered today the 29th, still nothing I have been calling and no one seems to know when will I receive my order. They all keep saying it have been escalated and no one came back to me. I am so disappointed with Builders, poor service

01 Oct 2023, 01:41Good day, I received my order yesterday on the 30th after calling and calling however I am extremely disappointed the leaves are damaged and the tree it's skewed. What a waste of money.

The store called on the 2nd of Oct and they advised they will replace the damaged tree however they do not have stock and still checking with other branches. I will wait for the feedback. Thank you
