Order not delivered and false promises to call back - zero communication

Hi my order was placed online *** on 3 Nov

It was scheduled to be delivered on 11 Nov but still has not been delivered

We've called your support number *** more than 10 times over the last week and each time they promise to call me back

PLEASE can you deliver my order ASAP I do not want a refund I need what I ordered

I am sorry for the all this inconvenience caused to you. I know are tired of hearing this but I am investigating this matter. Your order was dispatched on the 5th directly from our supplier. I have followed up with them and they are checking the whereabouts of your order. As soon as I have any further information I will get back to you. JF

Hi JF thanks for your help thus far

Earlier today the courier company called me and told me they will deliver today

I asked them at what time they will deliver but they were unable to give me a time

I need to know what time they will deliver because I need to ensure that someone is home to receive the order

Nobody has called us back since and now we are still waiting... It is now 15:45

Please can you find out and get back to us
