Order not delivered

I placed an order on Builders online and it was never delivered. They claim it was. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 weeks. They cannot show a signature that someone signed for it but continue to assert it was delivered. My order is now majorly urgent and I still cannot get them to take any responsibility and deliver my order.
