ORDER ANS STOCK IS TERRIBLE

Good day Builders,

I ordered a PFS5000 spray gun from my nearest builders store over a month now and they keep on telling me that there is no stock and that they don't know when there will be stock arriving again I needed this spray gun urgently an upon ordering it reflected that there was stock. Now I am caught up in this and feel that I should've just rather bought another brand where the stock is correctly distributed and or perhaps used Makro or Takealot. I am utterly disappointed in the way that stock is being managed from both builders and Bosch supply to pay in full for a order and wait more than a month with absolutely no feedback on when stock will become available again. This is not how a customer should be treated.
