Open a case of theft and seek legal presentation- they will be liable to pay

Kindly do yourself a favour by typing builders warehouse complaints on your preferred search engine and fami****ize yourself with all of the cases and complaints. Any hard working, decent human being should not have to beg an establishment who is clearly in the business of keeping money that does not belong to them. Maybe it helps them look liquid at our expense. Do yourself a favour and stop dealing with them. They are not worthy of your time, anger or frustration. What they are doing is ******** and is considered theft. Plain and simply, visit your nearest police station and open up a case of theft. Also get yourself legal representatives and take the necessary action. At the end of the day, they will be found guilty and will be liable for your legal fees too. The more cases we have, the better. I’ve seen reviews on here suggesting to rather do in store purchases as opposed to online. I am a bit perplexed as to why customers would even consider continued support to an establishment like this. Let’s hope that the money they have been trying to squeeze out of the customers has been worth it in comparison to the business they are going to lose. I live in Cape Town and my family in Port Elizabeth. We have been loyal customers to Builders Warehouse for many years now. Rest assured, none of us will ever be supporting the business in future again. They have forfeited the privilege of our business and everyone else we will share their ******** activities with. There are many other businesses out there with better business acumen that have more morals than that of an alley cat.
