Online store pretty much a ****

Don't waist your time buying from their online store. After a week of the item still not arriving after its "delivered by" date they ended up telling me they cant get the item so the order will be cancelled. I am still waiting 4 WEEKS AFTER THIS FOR THE REFUND THAT STILL HASNT HAPPENED!!!!!! I've logged two queries on it and not a single response.
