Online Store is a ****

I placed multiple orders online from Builders stores in Cape Town. Every single time, the stores cancel the orders bc they do not have stock. The last time I placed an order on 16 September, I waited 2 weeks and when I called to follow up, I get told that they cannot fulfill the order bc their supplier is refusing to deliver. This makes zero sense to me considering that they keep advertising things that they cannot deliver and then will turn around and cancel your order. Worst part is that the order is still "in progress" and they still have my money. A sham of an online store who will give you the run around and are never able to deliver. Just take down the website and stop wasting people's time and money.
