Online shopping unreliable with absolutely no service

Placed an online order ***) on 25 October 2019 @ 11:24 and made payment by credit card, only to be told that although the system indicated stock availability at the Newmarket branch, they don't have stock! Unable to get any update as they never answer ***. Online shopping at Builders Warehouse is unreliable with absolutely no service. Shocking!

Placed another online order ***) on 4 November 2019 @ 09:16 and made payment by credit card, once again no stock at the Newmarket branch! Unable to get any update as they never answer ***. Online shopping at Builders Warehouse is unreliable with absolutely no service. Shocking! Very last time that I make use of the Builders Warehouse online shopping system.

Reviewer Update
Finally, after almost one month of placing an online order for a Ideal industrial ceiling fan I receive a call from Maka Mfana yesterday (21 Nov) confirming that my fans are ready for collection....only to get to New Market later yesterday afternoon and be informed that she phoned the incorrect customer. Are you serious? Builders keep advertising these industrial ceiling fans in their weekly leaflet without having any stock on hand. Absolutely shocking!
