ONLINE SHOPPING TOTALLY USELESS

I ordered an item online, for collection at the store. According to the Builders website, they had stock and collection would be the same day. Three days and several phone calls later, I still cannot collect my order of 1 item and the order status is still "in progress". I have tried to call the branch (Woodlands) but they do not answer. The call centre escalated my query and promised feedback, but I have not received any - only false promises to get back to me. Pity I did not check their reviews on HelloPeter beforehand ....
