Online Shopping Nightmare

I signed up online to place order for R10k. Then get an email 20 minutes after I have signed up and ordered offering me 15% discount on first order. So obviously I want the discount. I then need to phone in to cancel the order (can't do it online), which takes 3 phone calls. Then I need to wait for the actual branch I ordered from to phone be back (still waiting) to process the refund. This is all so I can order the same thing again, but get it with the discount. Absolute shambles of business process, customer needs to work really hard to get the right thing.

Still not resolved ... online shopping here is like shopping in the early days of the internet.
