Online shopping disaster!

I made an online purchase on Sunday night and decided to use the Payfast EFT option. The website was hanging so I was not sure if the transaction was processed. The next morning ie Monday, I got an sms from my bank confirming an amount was deducted. Upon further investigation, the bank confirmed that the payment was for Builders Warehouse. I then called into the Call Center and I was asked to send the proof of payment. Later on Monday, my order expired because the payment was not reflecting. I called in on Tuesday and was told that the matter is been expidited.

So as it stands, Builders Warehouse received payment for goods but my order is not processed and it feels like they are not concerned about it. It is not my fault that their online shopping portal was built so poorly.

The worst part is that I made this purchase for my parents so they can have water supply and now there is no feedback or ETA on my issue!
