ONLINE SHOPPING @ BUILDERS WAREHOUSE .... PLEASE DO NOT!!!

Unfortunately, stupid me, tried the online purchase action. According to the information on the website, Gezina had stock of this item. Placed my order and paid for it. According to my receipt, it should have been delivered on 11 April. Received F@#@$. Mailed them as to why I did not receive my package, there answer ... "The store do not have the item in stock and is waiting for the item to be delivered from the supplier." This answer I got on 18 April, a week after the delivery date. I asked for a refund but I did not received any mail as yet. So I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BUILDERS AGAIN!!! CLIENT SERVICES ... I do not think they even know how to spell it!!!!
