Online shopping

I bought a microwave online at Builders on the 7th of March 2022 and received a confirmation that I was going to get it by the 21st .It being a holiday I called on the 22nd then they told me they have not yet received it from supplier and they are not sure when they will get and if by the 25th they have not received it ,they will contact the supplier again.Imagine Builders Express Willowbridge did not even bother updating me ,I am the one who has to make calls for follow up,after I have paid in full.I am very DISAPPOINTED....
