Online shop simply not ready for business

It always good to see businesses keen to engage online. Regrettably Builders is simply not geared for online engagement. In my case they have not got a single action right. They sent out invalid birthday vouchers. Online quotes generate a blank PDF with just a total amount. Repeated calls and emails to the call centre resulted in many commitments but no real action. Agents are unavailable because they are, allegedly, “working from home”. Sadly, I cannot recommend Builders Warehouse and recommend that other companies are used. Hopefully they will mature and improve in future.
