Online shop a ****

Bought a fridge with a credit card on their online platform. After 2 days got told they don’t actually have the stock they said they have. I then requested a refund. After another 2 days I still don’t receive the refund. Had to contact them and be told it will take 10-14 working days for the refund!! Quick to take your money and slow to do a refund.
