ONLINE PURCHASES ARE A **** AND A SHAM, DON'T DO IT!

I will never buy from builders online again. I waited for days, and the order was not delivered within the 3-5 days recommended. I asked for it to be delivered on another day when I would be available, but that did not happen. I then asked for a refund. This was an online order, mind you. I received an email saying it would be reimbursed in 2-10 days to my original payment methods, but instead, they credited my profile just to force me to buy from them again. Now I am asked to fill out forms and send proof of payments, like, what the hell! This information should be on my profile! Why is there a problem refunding to the original payment method? These guys are running a **** online, and I am utterly disgusted and ashamed of the poor service.
