Online purchase Refund

I placed an order on August 23, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel it on August 30. It's now September 10, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Despite numerous emails, I've received no response or update on the status of my refund.

To make matters worse, when I try to call, I'm not given any solution or assistance. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I've received, and I would caution others against using this company. Until they improve their customer service and refund policies, I would advise against placing orders with them.
