Online purchase is a ****, you will never receive the goods.

Online orders will never be delivered, rather buy from Makro that is a reputable company and not like Builders Warehouse. I placed an order on the 8th of September 2026 and delivery scheduled for 2-5 days (also note not working days). Emailed received that delivery is scheduled for the 9th of September 2026, on the 11th of September 2026 I send an email requesting an update as I did not hear anything again from Builders. Then the story change and now it is 2-5 working days and delivery is scheduled for the 14th of September 2026. A week later, 2 emails and a phone call did not resolve anything. No product received, only empty promises. Honestly, I don't think I will receive the product as it is a ****.
