Online purchase for store collection disappointment

I should have checked Hello Peter before doing a online purchase for store collection.

In the 5 days since placing my online order nobody could be bothered to let me know that the item which showed as being in stock at the branch actually was not.

10m of waiting before someone even tokk the ref number from me and then another 15m of waiting around just to hear there they will 'try' make a plan to get stock from another store, which doesn't work for me as I'm out of town.

Hopefully the process of getting a refund will work better.
