Online Purchase Delays

I bought a Ryobi lawn mower on 25 Jan 2022 online to be collected on 1 Feb 2022, its Monday 7 Feb and they still don't have it in stock and they only thing they can tell you is "wait". This delay is inconveniencing us and cost us. Pathetic service, Pathetic online store.
