Online purchase
Called the Glen Eagles branch twice to check if they had stock of the inverter generator. They had 3 in stock. I informed the call centre that i will be making an online purchase as I am based in Durban and the lady confirmed that it wont be a problem. Logged onto my profile via their website and purchased the inverter online. Transaction sucessfull and funds deducted from my bank account only to receive an email that order is canceled.
Now to get a refund is an arduous task. Would not recommend anyone purchasing online.
